So around 200 of us lucky souls where fortunate to be in on the 2022 30th Anniversary ODR-C release - which had some unique refinements - including an additional Hi / Low Gain push-button on the front facia - for 2 different intensities of gain.
Controls - Drive, Level, ODC (Overdrive De-Compress), Spectrum EQ, Hi/Low Gain switch, Mid, Lo-Cut.
This was the very best iteration of the ODR circuit back in 2022, and still remains so to this date. There were numerous people that missed out on the ODR-C 30A, and 2 years of pressure has finally led to a reissue of this fabled pedal.
To preserve the limited nature of the 30A edition the new one comes in a completely different Ruby Red Colourway. I so loved my ODR-C 30A that I felt it needed gold knobs to fully reflect its superior nature.
This is simply the very best ODR-C type pedal yet created - it’s made with superior wiring and to slightly higher quality standard than the Nobels ODR-1, with more premium components - which circuit Nordland’s Kai Tachibana designed for Nobels back some 30+ years ago.
He has evolved and improved his own take on his very own original, and while the Actual ODR-1 is much improved in its current format now - this ODR-C is even better!
This new reissue is known as the ODR-C H/L and retails for €249 and equivalent (c.$259). Available for orders now from the Nordland Electronics Webstore.
This is truly one of the very finest overdrives ever made - in terms of dynamics, sound and feel!
